In this role, you’ll partner directly with business leaders across enterprise and public sector teams to attract and hire exceptional talent who are helping build trust in the blockchain ecosystem.This is an opportunity to join a mission-driven company operating at the intersection of cryptocurrency, technology, and financial crime investigations, while working closely with a collaborative global Talent Acquisition team.Contract DetailsFixed term contract (6 mths)Hybrid working – 1 day per week in our London officeImmediate impact supporting high-priority GTM hiring across EMEA & APACIn this role, you’ll:Own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles across EMEA, including enterprise sales, account management, and customer-facing rolesBuild and execute proactive sourcing strategies to engage top talent across SaaS, fintech, and emerging crypto marketsPartner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to define hiring strategies and identify the right profiles for their teamsManage candidates through the full interview process, delivering a high-touch, transparent candidate experienceProvide market insight and hiring guidance to stakeholders, acting as a trusted recruiting partnerMaintain strong pipelines of diverse talent across multiple geographiesCollaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team to share best practices and improve recruiting processesWe’re looking for candidates who have:A track record of successfully recruiting sales and go-to-market talent, particularly quota-carrying rolesExperience recruiting within SaaS, fintech, cybersecurity, or other high-growth technology environmentsA strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or the digital assets ecosystemExperience working closely with senior stakeholders in fast-paced environmentsExcellent sourcing and talent mapping skills, with the ability to generate strong pipelines independentlyA structured and organised approach to managing multiple searches simultaneouslyA collaborative mindset and a strong sense of ownership over hiring outcomesNice to have experience:Experience recruiting across EMEA marketsPrevious exposure to crypto, blockchain, or Web3 companiesExperience hiring for professional services or customer-facing technical rolesExperience working in high-growth or pre-IPO environmentsFamiliarity with Ashby ATS and sourcing toolsAI at ChainalysisAI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working.
