Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
- Minimum 5 years in the construction industry, with at least 2 years in a
- similar managerial role.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to assess situations and make sound decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills for fostering long-term professional relationships with suppliers and contractors.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record for auto insurance.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and internet applications.
- Willingness to travel and potentially relocate.
- Ability to operate vehicles safely.
Essential Functions:
- Manage supply and installation contracts.
- Develop and oversee project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate project activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Execute projects with a focus on risk management, safety protocols, and quality assurance.
- Handle commercial aspects of supply and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) projects.
- Provide direction to project teams as necessary.
- Authorize purchase orders, invoices, change orders, and bank transfers. Negotiate contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
