We are looking for an experienced Senior Security Administrator to support managed service customers with security configurations, system health monitoring, troubleshooting, and policy management.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in cloud, SaaS, or managed services environments who enjoys solving complex issues and working directly with customers.
💻 What you’ll do:

• Manage security policies, configurations, and system health checks
• • Troubleshoot technical issues and support customer environments
• • Monitor infrastructure and resolve service-related incidents
• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain secure and stable systems
• • Participate in customer meetings and provide technical guidance

✅ What we’re looking for:

• Experience supporting SaaS, cloud, or managed service environments
• • Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and OSX
• • Experience with scripting tools such as PowerShell or Bash
• • Excellent troubleshooting and customer communication skills
• • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

✨ Nice to have:

• Virtualization experience (VMware/HyperV)
• • Knowledge of MSSQL or database concepts
• • Experience with security platforms or endpoint protection solutions
