与技术负责人紧密合作，统一架构决策、优先级和技术方向
要求
在生产环境中为真实用户提供实际软件的构建和发布经验
精通现代前端和后端网络技术
精通关系型数据库，如MySQL和Postgres
有为所从事的功能编写需求和技术规范的经验
具备提示工程技能，并有与大型语言模型有效工作的经验
具备出色的书面和口语英语能力，能够清晰简洁地表达复杂业务问题
在意见分歧的情况下，能够在群体中推动共识
自认为是通才，能够胜任工作中的多种角色
对使用前沿AI工具提升工作质量和效率充满热情
愿意远程工作和协作

This is a remote position.
We’re looking for an engineer who loves rapidly prototyping solutions, bridging the gap between business needs and technology in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
What you will do:
Leverage AI-powered tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and similar agentic coding environments to rapidly prototype solutions that help define and refine business requirementsDirectly interact with clients/users to understand their problems and design solutions based on them alongside the Tech LeadCollaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, designers, and other members of the team to create cutting-edge solutionsMeticulously test deliverables to ensure it works according to the requirements, with good UX and performanceCreate solid documentation to support your features and testsWork closely with the tech lead to align on architecture decisions, priorities, and technical direction
Requirements
Experience building and shipping real software used by real people in production environments
Proficiency with modern web technologies for frontend and backend
Proficiency with relational databases like MySQL and Postgres
Experience with documenting requirements and technical specifications for the features you work on
Have demonstrated prompt engineering skills and experience working effectively with LLMs
Have exceptional written and verbal English skills, with a strong ability to articulate complex business problems clearly and concisely
Excel in driving alignment in group settings even when opinions diverge
Consider yourself a generalist and are comfortable wearing multiple hats at your job
Are excited about using cutting edge AI tools to improve quality and efficiency in your workflow
Are excited to work and collaborate remotely
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements and priorities
Are interested in growing into the position of a Tech Lead
