任职要求：
- 会计或商业相关专业的学士学位（或同等学历）
- 2年以上使用和/或实施 Sage Intacct 或类似 ERP 软件的经验
- 熟悉如 Microsoft Office 或其他办公软件等软件程序

JMT's mission is to create an extraordinary experience supporting every one of our nonprofit clients, every single day. The role of the ERP Software Support Specialist is critical in maintaining the extraordinary client experience we strive to deliver.
The ERP Software Support Specialist is responsible for providing software application support and light training to JMT’s nonprofit organization clients, primarily on the cloud-based ERP software applications JMT supports. We are seeking a candidate who is motivated to learn quickly and has the potential to grow further in the ERP software consulting practice at JMT.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Provide first level financial application support for JMTs client base.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and communicate solutions to non-technical users
- Ability to exercise sound judgment to independently define, investigate and resolve problems / conflicts.
- Ability to deal tactfully, efficiently, and professionally with internal and external customers.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, determine and organize priorities, and work independently with minimal supervision / direction.
- Deliver high-quality training content personalized to our clients’ circumstances.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business (or equivalent)
- 2+ years experience working with and/or implementing Sage Intacct or similar ERP packages
- Extensive knowledge of software programs such as Microsoft Office or other applications.
