We are currently hiring a Supervisor - Customer Service to help grow our company and ensure our mission is achieved!
This role is a work from home position and can be performed remotely within a 60-mile radius of Glendale, Arizona.

The Supervisor position is crucial to the operational excellence and world class experience we provide to our customers. You will have the opportunity to mentor and motivate members of your team to achieve performance goals while modeling the same behaviors.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
· Train team members on effective customer interaction methods
· Examine team behavior and practices to provide constructive feedback and direction.
· Motivate team members to achieve desired results
· Ensure that service levels consistently exceed expectations for the team
· Handle inbound and outbound calls
· Work with Progressive Leasing customers and provide exceptional customer service
· Manage and accurately document account details
 
YOU’LL BRING:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Will need to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, etc.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays
