Customer Support Specialist - Polish language

Your Responsibilities
· Provide customer support in Polish via phone
- Assist customers with inquiries, policy-related questions, and service requests
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in internal systems
- Deliver a high standard of customer experience through professional and empathetic communication
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues
What We're Looking For
· Fluency in Polish (spoken and written)
- Good command of English (minimum B1)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused attitude and willingness to help others
- Previous experience in customer support, call centers, or similar roles is an advantage
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining a strong team player
