要求与职责：
- 拥有6年以上Java、Spring、Spring Boot、Spring Cloud经验，具备完整的Web应用开发生命周期背景。
- 熟悉AWS云服务，具备扎实的DevOps原则理解。
- 有实际软件工程经验，专注于后端技术及微服务架构。
- 有Kafka、RabbitMQ或类似消息队列的经验。
- 有Docker、Kubernetes和云原生经验。
- 对计算机科学有深入理解，为软件开发提供坚实基础。
- 出色的英语沟通和人际交往能力，是有效团队协作的关键。
- 快速学习能力，能够迅速适应新技术和框架。
- 强大的问题解决能力，是应对复杂技术挑战的核心。
- 精通算法和数据结构，有助于高效优化代码开发。
- 对面向对象编程（OOP）、SOLID原则、设计模式、整洁代码架构等有深入理解和应用。

Requirement & Responsibilities:
- Possesses 6+ years of expertise in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud, along with a strong background in full lifecycle web application development.
- Demonstrated proficiency in AWS cloud services and a solid understanding of DevOps principles.
- A proven track record of hands-on software engineering, focusing on backend technologies, and microservices architecture.
- Experience in Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar message queues.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native.
- Extensive knowledge in computer science, providing a solid foundation for software development.
- Outstanding English communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective team collaboration.
- Rapid learning capabilities, enabling quick adaptation to new technologies and frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, integral for addressing complex technical challenges.
- Proficiency in algorithms and data structures, facilitating efficient and optimized code development.
- In-depth understanding and application of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, Design patterns, clean code architecture, etc.
- Familiarity with Linux and Windows command-line interfaces, enabling effective system navigation and management.
