• Identification and recruitment of talent;

• Identification and Acquisition of clients and business;

• Account management;

• Followups and management of the team of Tech consultants;

• Network with stakeholders for specific projects

• Propose new ideas to develop Madiff in Portugal

Requirements
· Education in Management, Sociology, Psychology, Human Resources Management or others;

• Previous experience working in Portuguese Tech industry and/ or consulting industry

• Interest in working in international Markets;

• Excellent communications skills and empathy;

• Ambition and professional drive;

• Fluent written and spoken English.

• Comfortable working under tight KPIs

​-Previous recruitment/ Tech recruitment experience is a plus
