About the Role
We collaborate with unions, credit unions, and member-based organizations across Canada to deliver long-term benefit programs that help protect families. Our mission is to support working households and ensure access to reliable coverage. As we continue to expand, we're looking for driven, people-oriented individuals to join our growing team.
What You'll Do
In this role, you'll act as a trusted point of contact for families, helping them understand and navigate their benefits with clarity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and explain benefit options through virtual meetings
- Accurately complete and manage required documentation
- Build strong, ongoing relationships through consistent follow-up
- Work closely with team members to improve client experience and workflow
What We're Looking For
- Must be legally eligible to work in US or Canada
- High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset)
- Experience in customer service, administration, or client-facing roles is preferred

- Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, remote environment
