Our team brings deep experience in program and project management, construction management, project controls, project monitoring, planning and scheduling, and dispute resolution — tailored to each client’s goals, risks, and operating environment.

Who You Are

We often have positions open for Junior Project Schedulers, Senior Project Schedulers, and Cost Engineers. The strongest Project Scheduler candidates have a track record of success in construction management and project controls, including Primavera P6 expertise, experience in data centers, heavy electrical, or heavy mechanical construction, and a strong understanding of commissioning workflows, critical path flow, and logic and duration validation.

The strongest Cost candidates have a proven track record of experience is project cost control on large-scale construction projects, establishing and maintaining cost baselines, developing and managing Cost Breakdown Structures, and demonstrated experience in preparing and maintain EAC, ETC, and monthly cost forecasts.

Stelic offers best-in-class compensation and benefits. We offer competitive salaries and performance-based bonuses, including spot bonuses. Our full-time, on-site roles are also eligible for monthly subsistence and relocation reimbursement.
