Job Description: Product Manager at AndAI Platforms

- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the company's goals and market demands.
- Identify growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscapes.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.
- Collaborate with enterprise, MSME, and startup customers to gather insights and ensure the product aligns with their unique needs.
- Execution & Delivery
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
- Data-Driven Decisions
- Define and track product performance metrics (KPIs) to assess success and drive continuous improvement.
- Leverage data and analytics to refine the user experience and product performance.
- Customer-Centric Focus
- Advocate for customer needs and act as the voice of the user.
- Conduct product demos and gather actionable feedback to iterate and improve.
Requirements· Experience
- 4+ years of experience in product management, ideally in SaaS, AI, or B2B platforms.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering complex products in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills & Expertise
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, marketplaces, and SaaS solutions.
- Proficient in creating product roadmaps, defining user stories, and prioritizing features.
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Figma, or similar project/product management tools.
- Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Nice to Have
- Experience working with AI models, plugins, or workflows.
- Prior experience with startups or scaling B2B businesses.
