Make an Impact as a Senior / Project Manager at Worldwide

Drive the successful delivery of Phase I-IV clinical trials that help advance the development of new therapies. As a Senior / Project Manager, you'll lead complex local, regional, and global studies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

In this highly visible role, you'll serve as the central point of coordination across cross-functional teams, clients, and external partners. Your ability to balance operational excellence, financial oversight, and stakeholder management will directly contribute to study success and client satisfaction.

You'll take ownership of clinical trial delivery from start-up through closeout, leading project teams, solving complex challenges, and building strong partnerships that support exceptional outcomes for customers and patients.

Where You'll Work

This is a remote role open to candidates based in Europe. You will collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones.

Travel will be required on an as-needed basis and may include domestic and international travel, including overnight stays.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the delivery of Phase I-IV clinical trials from study start-up through closeout, ensuring successful execution across all project phases.
  • Direct cross-functional project teams and coordinate internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop, maintain, and adapt project plans, timelines, and resource strategies to support study success.
  • Manage project budgets and financial performance, ensuring delivery aligns with contractual commitments and business goals.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and driving high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify project risks, evaluate complex operational challenges, and implement effective solutions to keep studies on track.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, resolving conflicts and supporting team effectiveness across global and multicultural settings.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality, timeline, regulatory, and client expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and the quality of project execution.

What You'll Bring

  • University or college degree, preferably in Life Sciences, or qualification in a related allied health profession; equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
  • At least 5 years of clinical pharmaceutical industry experience, including proven Oncology clinical project management experience; alternatively, significant healthcare supervisory and clinical research experience within pharmaceutical or CRO environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary and cross-functional project teams in a clinical research setting.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, including time, quality, cost, resource planning, and risk management.
  • Solid financial acumen, including experience developing and managing project budgets.
  • Thorough understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and international regulatory requirements for clinical development programs.
  • Experience using project management software and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Fluency in the local office language is also required.

We love knowing that someone is going to have a better life because of the work we do.
