In a nutshell
As part of our Talent team, you’ll actively identify very niche talent across the industry, bring a creative approach to sourcing, and discover passive candidates by focusing on search across different platforms, not only LinkedIn.
What you’ll do:

• Proactively source talent across various roles in our global team

• Use advanced search techniques and sourcing tools to map candidate pools and uncover hard-to-find profiles.

• Think outside the box by exploring non-traditional sourcing platforms such as Reddit, X (formerly Twitter), Discord, and niche gaming communities.

• Craft personalized, compelling outreach campaigns that drive high response rates.

• Collaborate closely with Heads of Talent across our brands to understand specific role requirements and refine candidate profiles.

• Maintain thorough and accurate records within our ATS and talent pipeline.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting within the iGaming industry.

• Hands-on experience with talent sourcing tools, advanced search, and sourcing for niche roles.

• Experience in finding talent across alternative channels (e.g., Reddit, X, Discord).

• Proactive approach to work, persistence, and high organizational skills.

• An eager-to-learn mindset with continuous curiosity about innovative sourcing strategies.
