Looking for a flexible opportunity where your income is based on your results? We're seeking motivated independent recruiters to help place CDL drivers with trucking companies nationwide.
This is a remote, independent contractor position with unlimited earning potential. You decide how much you earn by the number of drivers you successfully place.
Responsibilities
- Recruit CDL drivers for open driving positions across the U.S.
- • Find applicants through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting methods
- • Speak with drivers to determine qualifications and hiring needs
- • Match applicants with the best available opportunities
- • Stay in contact with drivers throughout the hiring process
- • Develop and maintain your own pipeline of qualified candidates
Qualifications
- Self-starter who enjoys working independently
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized with good time management
- Comfortable using computers, social media, and online recruiting tools
- • Recruiting, sales, customer service, or trucking industry experience is a plus, but training is provided
