经验
- 6 年以上软件开发经验，最好有全栈应用开发经验。

- 有负责或在中大型应用中担任关键技术角色的经验。
- 具备完整的 SDLC 经验：需求、设计、开发、测试、部署和生产支持。
- 具备在前端、后端、数据库和集成层解决复杂问题的经验。
- 具备代码审查以及指导其他工程师的经验。
必备技能
- React：组件、Hooks、状态管理、路由、可复用 UI 设计、API 集成和前端性能。
- Node.js：后端/服务开发、REST APIs、异步编程、认证/授权、错误处理和日志记录。
- SQL：强大的查询编写能力，关系型数据库设计，索引、查询优化和性能排查。
- 精通 JavaScript 和/或 TypeScript。
- 对 REST APIs、系统集成和应用架构有深刻理解。
- 了解软件设计原则、编码规范和设计模式。
- 具备强大的调试、分析和解决问题的能力。
- 能够理解应用程序的结构和逻辑

Information Security Responsibilities
Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
