🟣 How Yuno will challenge you
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Sales roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a network of high-quality sales professionals, utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn, industry events, and job boards.
- Work closely with Sales leadership to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with company goals and culture.
- Provide market intelligence on salary trends, competitor strategies, and talent availability to improve recruitment efforts.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and representing the company's values and culture throughout the hiring process.
🟣 The skills you need
- Fluent in English and Portuguese are mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales recruiting with massive roles in different regions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and support.
