At Outsource Access,we help commercial furniture dealerships streamline their operational engine and scale seamlessly.We don't just enter order lines—we make sure every specification,quote,and line-item calculation is accurate to protect profit margins and deliver exact customer solutions.
How You’ll Make a Difference
· Precision Order Execution: Build and manage detailed customer quotes and orders in CORE Business Solutions, ensuring every model number, prefix, suffix, and quantity matches project specifications perfectly.
- Seamless Specification Integration: Process SIF files and bills of materials from CET/Configura or compatible design software directly into the ERP, bridging design and purchasing without missing a beat.
- Protecting the Bottom Line: Audit pricing, dealer net costs, discounts, and freight surcharges on every quote to maintain accurate margins and eliminate costly order errors.
- End-to-End Order Mastery: Support the complete order lifecycle from initial quote revisions to final client approval, preparing complex, multi-floor product orders for manufacturer purchasing.

- Tech-Savvy: Experienced with CORE Business Solutions, CET/Configura, CAP 2020, ProjectSpec, or similar commercial furniture order-entry and ERP systems.
