要求

- 2年以上相关经验。
- 必须持有 PMP、Scrum Master 或同等的敏捷/项目管理认证。
- 需要本科学历。相关专业包括但不限于工商管理、信息技术、计算机科学、管理信息系统、项目管理、工程或相关领域。
- 有使用适当的敏捷项目管理方法交付多个敏捷项目并解决障碍的经验。
- 有与产品负责人定义任何产品的路线图并将其转化为用户故事的经验。
- 有在产品待办事项中对用户故事进行优先级排序的经验。
- 有管理跨职能团队的经验。
- 有进行测试以确保质量水平的经验。

Responsibilities
Cardinal Technology Systems Corp. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking an Agile Project Manager to work for our company.
Summary
- Must possess a Moderate Risk, Confidential, Non-Critical Sensitive, Tier 3/NACLC/ANACI investigation. Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, and no recent or pending bankruptcies.
- The Agile Project Manager will deliver multiple Agile projects and remove blockers using the appropriate Agile project management methodology. Defines the roadmap with the Product Owner for any given product and translates this into user stories. Prioritizes the user stories within the product backlog. Manages a multi-disciplinary team and tests to ensure quality levels are achieved.
Requirements
- Must possess a Moderate Risk, Confidential, Non-Critical Sensitive, Tier 3/NACLC/ANACI investigation. Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, and no recent or pending bankruptcies.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Must currently hold a PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile/project management certification.
- Undergraduate degree required. Relevant degree fields may include, but are not limited to, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience delivering multiple Agile projects and removing blockers using the appropriate Agile project management methodology.
- Experience defining the roadmap with the Product Owner for any given product and translating this into user stories.
- Experience prioritizing the user stories within product backlog.
- Experience managing a multi-disciplinary team.
- Experience with testing to ensure quality levels.
