你的工作不是“纸上诊断”。而是像真正的临床医生一样思考，发现患者互动中的关键点，然后提升薄弱的情景，使其真正测试模型的能力。

谁可以申请
- 全科医生（初级护理、家庭医学、急诊、内科）
- 有经验的护士（临床护理、分诊、急诊、门诊环境）
- 具有丰富患者接触经验的医疗专业人员
如果被选中（项目工作）你将审核成批的预生成医疗情景：
- 评估真实性和安全风险
- 识别薄弱或缺失的约束条件（Knives）
- 改进任务，使其更好地反映真实就医场景，在这些场景中错误的指导会造成伤害或损害信任
报酬
每项通过的任务支付50美元，转换为您的本地货币并进行支付。
每项任务大约需要40分钟，相当于每小时约75美元的有效薪资。

We’re recruiting health experts (generalist doctors and experienced nurses) to review and improve scenarios used to train AI health assistants.
Your job isn’t to “diagnose on paper.” It’s to think like a real clinician and spot what makes a patient interaction — then upgrade weak scenarios so they actually test the model.
‼️ If we spot AI use, we’ll block the application.⚠️ This form must be completed entirely in English.
Who can apply
- Generalist doctors (primary care, family medicine, emergency, internal medicine)
- Experienced nurses (clinical care, triage, emergency, outpatient settings)
- Health professionals with strong patient-facing experience
If selected (project work)You’ll review batches of pre-generated health scenarios:
- Rating realism and safety riskIdentifying weak or missing constraints (Knives)
- Improving tasks so they better represent real care-seeking moments where bad guidance causes harm or erodes trust
CompensationPayment will be US$ 50 per approved task, converted and paid in your local currency.
Each task takes approximately 40 minutes, which corresponds to an effective rate of about US$ 75 per hour.
What we’re looking for
- You can recognize what’s realistic vs. generic in patient interactions
- You understand what truly changes triage decisions (red flags, meds, severity/duration, vulnerable groups).
