  • Support CI/CD pipeline execution and zero-downtime deployments.
  • Develop code that meets security, quality, performance, and Section 508 expectations.
  • Support integrations between ICAM applications and internal or external systems.
  • Troubleshoot application, integration, configuration, data, and performance issues.
  • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 incident support for assigned applications.
  • Participate in root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and after-action activities.
  • Write or maintain user stories, technical documentation, system-design materials, and operational procedures.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demonstrations, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with Hibernate or comparable Java persistence frameworks.
  • Experience with Angular or comparable modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL.

  • Experience participating in CI/CD software delivery.
  • Ability to troubleshoot application and integration issues in non-production and production environments.
  • Ability to provide Tier 2 or Tier 3 technical support.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain favorable DHS EOD, suitability, and required system access.

Preferred Qualifications:
