Job Description
4-6+ years relevant experienceBachelor’s degree preferredCertified meeting planner preferredPartner with marketing leadership team to develop the corporate events strategyResearch potential events and sponsorships to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation;Research, propose and manage speaking engagements for company spokespeopleCollaborate with our creative team on event messaging and communications development;Oversee management of event logistics, exhibit planning and meeting space needs;Manage vendors and event contractors;Provide onsite coordination of corporate events;Maintain inventory of exhibit materials and ship to events;Maintain event calendar and manage event budgets;Prepare event plans and debrief on event performance;Facilitate pre-event planning meetings with marketing, business development and operations teams;DOT Requirements
If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
Compensation Range
$55,700.00 - $83,500.00Currency
