Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and writing test cases.
- Identifying risks and disseminating information about the quality of the product.
- Automating test cases using Cypress.io and connecting the test suites to the CI/CD pipeline ensuring continuous quality assurance.
- Defining and implementing quality metrics and record QA artifacts.
- Reviewing solutions implemented by developers and identifying issues in them before implementation.
- Planning and executing testing cycles, setting up test data and providing quality reports.
- Providing input to improve the technology, architecture and infrastructure of the product.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years in QA and Automation.
- 3 - 5 years experience with extreme programming.
- Automation experience in Cypress.io or Selenium.
- Experience with JS or Python.
- Exposure and understanding of BDD principles.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, databases, sessions and tokens.
- A detail-oriented, self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
- A proven track record of shipping applications to production, and the ability to provide links of your live work.
- Expert experience in Scrum framework with exposure to Agile practices.
- A SDET mindset.
