你将要做的

What youwill do
As anRFPManageryouwill be responsible for writingand coordinatingRFPresponses forclients andprospectsin regard toNRC Health suite of products.You will provide leadership and coordinationofthe responseto specific bids with a diverse group of staff from multiple functional areas including executive and senior management, growth, operations, marketing, security, finance and others throughout the proposal process.You will be responsible forall aspects of the RFP process includingassistingsalesassociates with client facing communications, creating enterpriselevel proposal documents, and final submission to clients.Proposals will follow the client guidelines and may be presented in multiple formats including Word,PowerPoint, Excel, PDF, and submitted via email, printed and shipped, or through customer proposal systems.
You willalsooverseemanagement of our RFP Knowledgebase and resources, including compiling existing languagefrom our knowledgebase(Responsive), creating new language as neededin coordination with the product and marketing teams, and maintaining standard templates for our proposals.This will includemaking sureresponses are regularly reviewed for accuracyby subject matter experts, settingupinternal collaborators to assist in contributing to our responses, and taggingand categorizingresponses to assist inresponding to future RFPs more efficiently.
What you need
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4+years of experience writing technical proposals;Healthcare Industryand Experiencesoftwaresolutionsispreferred
- Experience with Responsive.ioresponse management software is a plus
Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $108,000 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. Some of our roles offer performance-based variable compensation. Eligibility and potential payouts vary depending on the role and are tied to performance metrics. If you are hired at NRC Health, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.
