Whatyou’lldo…

• Work in complex and ambiguous environments.

• Develop and execute project plans in collaboration with your client by outlining project milestones, tasks, and resource allocation.

• Communicateeffectivelyand foster strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.

• Identifyand communicate potential risks to the project outcome.

• Deliver quality deliverables on time tomaintaina high standard throughout a project

• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports,maintaincomprehensive project documentation, and analyze project data and metrics.

You should have…

• 2to5Years Technical Project Management in technology software implementation and lifecycle management

• Ability toadvise clientswith confidence in ambiguous and complex environments

• Ability to ramp up quickly and learnnew technologieswith minimal lag time

• Self-motivated,proactiveand proven ability to adapt well and work with various team styles

• High EQ and responsive approach

• Exceptional communication skills and ability to tailor communication to your stakeholders

• Ability to adapt, handle anddemonstrateflexibility with varied projects

• Familiarity with variousscheduleand project management tools (ex:Notion, Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.)

• Ability to work on Dubai Time Zone

Preferred qualifications...

• Familiarity with e-builder, Procore, Tableau, PowerBIor Microsoft 365

• Construction, Real Estate or Technology experience

• Consulting experience

• Worked with complex business organizations
