The Role
We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcerto join us on a freelance basis.
As we continue to grow fast, we are building our talent hub to attract the best people worldwide. This role is sourcing only. You'll find strong people for every part of the business, from content and editorial to brand partnerships, commercial, finance and tech, then hand them over to our UK talent team, who take it from there. You'll work remotely, with hours that overlap well with the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Find strong people for roles across content, editorial, brand partnerships, commercial, finance and tech.

• Build pipelines for key and hard to fill roles before they open.

• Search using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, social platforms and online communities.
• Map talent at digital publishers, social-first media brands and creator businesses.

• Write personal outreach that explains why Pubity is a great place to work.

• Agree briefs with the UK talent team and hand over interested people with clear notes.

• Keep Teamtailor up to date and help improve how we source.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, mostly in sourcing.

• Sourcing beyond LinkedIn, such as portfolio sites, GitHub or creator platforms.

• A track record of talent mapping and building pipelines of passive talent.

• Good knowledge of social-first media, digital publishers and social media.

• Clear written English, with outreach that sounds human.

Desired Skills & Attributes

• Sourcing for a mix of creative, commercial and technical roles.

• Experience with a UK business or an international talent team.

• Hands-on use of Teamtailor or a similar ATS.

• Confident using AI tools to speed up your work.
