About the Role:
We are hiring professional and friendly Chat Support Specialists to remotely assist U.S. customers via online messaging no phone calls required. Youll help answer questions, resolve account issues, and provide a positive experience with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat & email
- Provide accurate account support and updates
- Escalate issues when needed using internal tools
- Maintain service quality and data accuracy
- Deliver friendly, fast, and professional support
Requirements:
- Strong English typing & communication skills
- High-speed internet and remote workspace
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Willingness to learn and follow procedures
- No experience required paid training provided
- (Call center or customer service experience is a plus)
