We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis, working 20 hours per week remotely from New York, United States. This role involves a 1-month probation period to help you settle into our operations.
Your responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and project data to support construction management initiatives.
- Evaluate operational workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align analytical findings with project goals.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role within the construction or related sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Compensation
The pay rate for this role is USD 35–55 per hour.
