This is not a traditional salaried or hourly position. This is a 100% commission based independent contractor opportunity, where your earning potential is directly connected to your client results.

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with small business owners and decision makers.
- Identify business needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Introduce business protection resources, legal support services, and group employee benefit options.
- Build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Participate in networking, outreach, presentations, and marketing activities.
- Develop and grow your own client portfolio.
- Coachable, motivated, and willing to learn.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Comfortable connecting with business owners and professionals.
- Self motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Consistent, goal oriented, and willing to put in the work.
- HR, recruiting, consulting, sales, or business development experience is a plus, but not required.
