Temporary Customer Service Representative

POSITION OVERVIEW
Teton Ridge is seeking a part-time, temporary Customer Service Representative for the months of November and December. This individual will provide support to customers of our Cowboy+ service and Pro Fantasy Rodeo platform including listening to customers' concerns and providing solutions. They may also take orders, process payments, and handle refunds.
This is a remote role eligible for work anywhere in the United States. The schedule will include nights and weekends.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat including:
• Resetting passwords

• Resolving incorrect credit card data

• Replying to general inquires around packages/subscriptions/games

• Identify complex customer issues and escalate to senior customer service reps.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken.

• Active listening: Give your full attention to the customer and ask questions to understand their needs

• Communication: Speak clearly and effectively to convey information

• Problem solving: Identify the root cause of a problem and develop a solution

• Empathy: Show understanding and concern for the customer's situation

• Adaptability: Be flexible and able to work in different situations

• Time management: Manage your time and the time of others.

Required:

• High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in a customer facing role.
