Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:
1. Host and moderate podcast episodes professionally and engagingly
2. Conduct interviews with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds
3. Maintain a friendly, conversational, and professional tone during shows
4. Ensure smooth execution of recordings using Zoom or Zoho (training provided)
5. Collaborate with the production team to enhance podcast content
6. Promote inclusivity and encourage open dialogue during interviews

1. Must be able to read English fluently with proper pronunciation
2. Strong spoken English skills with the ability to engage in meaningful conversations
3. Confident and comfortable speaking in front of an audience
4. Ability to converse naturally and adapt to different speaking styles
5. A reliable internet connection and a quiet environment for recording
6. Basic familiarity with Zoom or Zoho (preferred but not required; training will be provided)
7. Passion for hosting, storytelling, or media production
