· 在你所在国家寻找、联系并筛选特定阿联酋项目的候选人（游戏、客户服务和媒体岗位）
· 作为 DKR 的本地“眼睛和耳朵”——提供市场趋势、薪资水平和招聘渠道的建议
· 每天向 DKR 总部提交更新、见解和绩效报告
· 确保所有候选人符合严格的质量和合规标准
你具备
· 招聘、招聘或人力资源协调方面的经验
· 英语沟通能力出色（加上母语或当地语言）
· 熟悉使用 LinkedIn、招聘网站和 CRM 系统
· 独立、有条理、目标驱动——能够自主管理工作任务

About the Role
We’re hiring a Korean speaking Recruiter to support DKR’s growing demand for high-quality candidates.
This is a fast-paced, results-driven opportunity within a highly lucrative global industry, where your local knowledge and sourcing skills directly impact real placements and real growth.
You’ll work remotely, manage your own schedule (aligned to APAC hours), and report directly to the Owner of DKR on a daily basis.
What You’ll Do
- Manage candidate pipelines from outreach through to pre-screening and interview coordination
- Source, engage, and qualify candidates within your country for specific UAE-based projects (gaming, customer experience, and media roles)
- Act as the local “eyes and ears” for DKR — advising on market trends, pay levels, and sourcing channels
- Deliver daily updates, insights, and performance reports to DKR HQ
- Ensure all candidates meet strict quality and compliance parameters.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR coordination
- Excellent communication in English (plus native/local language)
- Tech-savvy with experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and CRM systems
- Independent, organised, and target-driven — able to manage workload autonomously
- Strong understanding of your local job market and cultural nuances.
