准备承包商、员工和合作伙伴协议：保密协议、承包商协议、知识产权转让
保护公司的知识产权：商标、版权、知识产权转让
支持投资交易（SAFE、可转换票据、股权）并准备数据室的法律部分
管理当地律师事务所、注册代理、审计师和外部顾问

在多个司法管辖区进行国际架构的实际经验
在区块链/加密货币/Web3 项目中的经验

知识产权经验
