What You’ll Be Doing
- 构建和维护核心 API，客户、SDK、Terraform 提供商和内部系统都依赖它

- 参与开发者面向的接口：REST APIs、webhooks、SDK 兼容性
- 对你构建的服务的可靠性负责
What We Are Looking For
- 5 年以上后端工程经验
- 精通 Ruby on Rails、Python 或 Go（最好是两者）
- 有设计和构建大规模 REST API 的经验

About Latitude.sh
Launched in 2019, Latitude.sh provides automated, global Bare Metal infrastructure with cloud-like flexibility. Recently acquired by Megaport, we are now integrating high-performance compute with world-class connectivity to power the next generation of AI and enterprise workloads at scale.
Summary
Our API is the backbone of everythingLatitudeoffers — server provisioning, network management, billing, and more. It's a Ruby on Rails application with Go services, and it needs to keep up with an accelerating roadmap.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and maintain the core API that customers, SDKs, Terraform provider, and internal systems depend on
- Work with our platform architect and lead backend engineer on design and implementation
- Contribute to the developer-facing surface: REST APIs, webhooks, SDK compatibility
- Own reliability of the services you build
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years backend engineering
- Strong Ruby on Rails, Python or Go (ideally both)
- Experience designing and building REST APIs at scale
- Relational databases, background jobs, distributed systems fundamentals
- You care about API design as a craft — our customers are developers and they notice
