Project Scope:
We are seeking an experienced EMRIntegration Healthcare Consultant to support healthcare IT systems, includingElectronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR), Laboratory Information Systems, PACS, andPharmacy systems. This role involves implementation, integration, maintenance,and troubleshooting of healthcare applications and related interfaces to ensureseamless clinical and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support implementation activities including build, testing, and go-live of healthcare systems (EHR, Lab, PACS, Pharmacy)
- Maintain healthcare IT infrastructure including applications, databases, templates, and reporting tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve EMR-related issues, including triage, escalation, and root cause analysis
- Support system integrations and ensure smooth data flow across healthcare platforms
- Develop and generate reports for business and clinical users
- Document current workflows and processes for medical and mental healthcare providers
- Collaborate with vendors, clinical teams, and technical stakeholders for system enhancements and support
Required Skills & Experience:
·7+ years ofexperience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems(preferably NextGen)
