ClickDealer is hiring a Senior Affiliate Manager (US Leadgen)

What we expect:

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, US-focused;

• Proven track record with lead generation (CPL / CPA / TCPA);

• Solid understanding of US traffic sources and funnels;

• Comfortable working with large volumes of performance data;

• Strong grasp of compliance, fraud prevention, and lead quality control;

• Ready to make bold calls and own the outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Recruiting and scaling high-value US affiliates, managing key accounts;

• Acting as the main point of contact — from IOs and contracts to day-to-day support;

• Running multiple lead generation campaigns: budgets, payouts, creatives, offer optimization;

• Monitoring traffic quality, lead validation, and catching compliance risks early;

• Keeping a pulse on US market trends and sharing insights with the team;

• Owning revenue growth — monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
