Municipal Asset Management Systems Consultant (Cityworks/Maximo)

AlphaGov is engaging a Municipal Asset Management Systems Consultant for current local-government work. Live pursuits include GIS-centric enterprise asset management for public works, parks, and facilities; a county highway asset management system; and cloud asset management and permitting platforms with resident request intake.

What you'll do
- Gather requirements and map public works, highway, parks, facilities, and permitting workflows
- Configure or advise on EAM platforms (Cityworks, Maximo, or comparable) integrated with ArcGIS Enterprise
- Plan data migration, asset inventories, condition and preventive maintenance programs
- Design work order, inspection, service request, and inventory processes plus mobile field use
- Support testing, training, go-live, and change management for municipal staff
- Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when you authorize naming

Requirements
Required
- At least 5 years of professional experience implementing or supporting asset management / work order systems for municipalities, counties, or utilities
- Hands-on experience with Cityworks, IBM Maximo, or a comparable GIS-centric EAM platform
- Working knowledge of Esri ArcGIS Enterprise integration
- Comfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant
Nice to have
- Permitting / licensing module experience
- Highway or transportation asset management (pavement, bridges, signs)
- PMP or vendor certification
