We use human-centered design principles in every engagement because we believe the end-user is critical to the long-term success of any solution. Our team is fun, passionate, bold, and creative.  We live our mission every day – to inspire people, create cool stuff, and make a lasting impact on the world!

Ibility is seeking an experienced Momentum Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support product demonstrations, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption efforts within a federal client environment.

This role requires a highly motivated professional with deep Momentum expertise who can effectively showcase system capabilities, translate complex technical concepts into clear business-focused language, and serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting large federal contracts, developing realistic demonstration scenarios, and preparing sandbox environments and test data to support business use cases.

This individual must be a critical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can quickly adapt to changing priorities, and confidently troubleshoot functional and system-related questions in real time during demonstrations, workshops, and client engagements. Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills are essential to successfully bridge the gap between technical teams and business users while driving understanding and adoption of Momentum capabilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Momentum Subject Matter Expert (SME), leading product demonstrations for clients, stakeholders, and end users.
  • Demonstrate Momentum functionality, business processes, and system capabilities, tailoring presentations to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Prepare and maintain demo-ready sandbox environments, including loading, validating, and managing test data that supports customer business use cases and demonstration scenarios.
  • Develop and maintain realistic datasets and end-to-end business process scenarios to effectively showcase system functionality.
  • Translate complex technical concepts, system functionality, and business processes into clear, user-friendly language for stakeholders and end users.
  • Respond to stakeholder and user questions during demonstrations, workshops, and meetings, providing timely and accurate guidance.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and system-related questions in real time during demonstrations and presentations.
  • Partner with functional, technical, and program teams to ensure demonstrations accurately reflect customer requirements, business processes, and best practices.
  • Support user adoption, training, and organizational change management activities by serving as a trusted advisor on Momentum capabilities and processes.
  • Continuously enhance demonstration content and scenarios based on customer feedback, evolving requirements, and new system capabilities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on Momentum experience supporting a large federal contract or federal agency environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading product demonstrations, training sessions, workshops, or stakeholder presentations.
  • Strong knowledge of Momentum functionality, business processes, and system capabilities.
  • Proven ability to translate technical information into plain language for business users, stakeholders, and end users.
  • Experience configuring and maintaining sandbox or test environments, including loading and validating test data.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate issues and identify effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and answer functional and system-related questions in real time.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting Momentum implementations, enhancements, upgrades, or modernization initiatives.
  • Experience working with federal financial management, acquisition or budgeting processes.
  • Experience presenting to executive leadership and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience developing training materials, demonstration scripts, business scenarios, and user adoption content.
  • Familiarity with organizational change management and user adoption strategies.
  • Experience collaborating across functional, technical, and business teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt presentations and demonstrations based on audience needs and stakeholder feedback.
