The Operations Customer Service position assists customers with questions about coverage, enrolling in the program, and being connected to the department that can bestassistwith an issue.
How You Will Contribute:
- Advisingcustomers aboutthe benefitsof our programs,assistingwith requests for covered benefits, and enrollment.
- Directing customers to the department that can bestassistthem.
- Front-endingtechnicalassistancecalls.
- Assistingwith enrollment or renewals.
Skills & Experience to be Successful:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and industry standard web applications.
- Ability tomaintaina high levelof confidentiality.
- Knowledge of RV’s and roadsideassistance.
Pay Range
$18.00 - $20.00 HourlyThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
