🟪 主要职责：
设计和优化Salesforce架构
- 构建和优化Salesforce流程（尤其是工具集成）
- 快速高效地定制Salesforce以满足业务需求
- 与非技术利益相关者和内部团队协作
- 直接与客户沟通以收集需求并迭代解决方案
- 积极接收并回应反馈
- 确保可扩展且易于维护的Salesforce解决方案
🟪 要求：
作为Salesforce开发人员/架构师有实际经验
对Salesforce架构和流程有深入理解
- 有集成经验是加分项
- 英语水平良好（B2+或以上）——面向客户的沟通
- 能够独立且主动工作
- 能在灵活的时间段工作（不是严格的9-5；CET时间12:00-20:00之间的重叠时间较合适）

🔥We’re looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Salesforce architecture and workflows to help us customize and scale our Salesforce setup for the Commercial Design team.🔥
Salesforce has already been implemented, but it now needs fast, thoughtful customization and integration with external tools. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows what they’re doing and can take ownership from day one.
🟪 Key Responsibilities:
Design and improve Salesforce architecture
- Build and optimize Salesforce workflows (especially for tool integrations)
- Customize Salesforce to fit business needs quickly and efficiently
- Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and internal teams
- Work directly with the client to gather requirements and iterate on solutions
- Actively receive and respond to feedback
- Ensure scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions
🟪 Requirements:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer / Architect
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and workflows
- Experience with integrations is a big plus
- Very good English skills (B2+ or higher) — client-facing communication
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Availability during flexible hours (not a strict 9–5; overlap between ~12:00–20:00 CET works well)
