Seeking Experienced SAP ABAP Fiori Developers – Remote in Mexico
We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Fiori Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join a dynamic team within a leading organization. This role involves designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP applications, with strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ABAP, CDS Views, RAP, OData, and SAP Fiori Elements/UI5. The resource will work closely with functional and integration teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, enhance, and support SAP applications.
- Develop SAP solutions using ABAP and ABAP Objects.
- Work with SAP S/4HANA development.
- Develop and implement solutions using RAP – RESTful ABAP Programming Model.
- Work with Core Data Services (CDS Views) and OData V2/V4.
- Develop SAP Fiori Elements applications.
- Work with Behavior Definitions and Implementations, Managed and Unmanaged RAP scenarios, Draft handling, Actions, Determinations, Validations, Side Effects, Instance Features, Value Helps, and Virtual Elements.
- Work with CDS UI and Consumption annotations.
- Perform debugging and performance analysis using SAP development/debugging tools.
- Collaborate closely with functional and integration teams.
Technical Skills Required:
With over 5 years of experience as an SAP ABAP Fiori Developer, you must be proficient in the following technical skills:
- Strong experience in SAP ABAP and ABAP Objects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA development.
- Hands-on experience with RAP – RESTful ABAP Programming Model.
- Strong knowledge of Core Data Services (CDS Views).
- Experience with OData V2 and OData V4.
- Hands-on experience developing SAP Fiori Elements applications.
- Good knowledge of SAPUI5/Fiori architecture.
- Experience with Business Application Studio (BAS).
- Knowledge of Eclipse/ABAP Development Tools (ADT).
- Strong knowledge of Open SQL and HANA-optimized ABAP development.
- Experience with BAPI, BADI, Enhancements, User Exits, RFC, Proxy, IDoc, and Web Services.
- Knowledge of Git and source-code management is desirable.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Fluent in English (Advanced).
- Proactive, responsible, empathetic, committed, and able to work effectively in a team.
Location & Schedule:
- Remote work from Mexico – Mexico City.
- Work hours Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00.
- Advanced English skills are mandatory, and only residents of Mexico.
