**Job Description:**

The Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Sector is seeking an experienced Finance Lead to manage the forward-pricing rates, overhead budgets and SG&A costs for the C3ISR division.

**Essential Functions:**

- Extensively analyzes Sector cost accumulation and the allocation process across divisions.
- Works under consultive direction to budget, track and report finance head count and costs in the division.
- Responsible for the Selling, General, & Administrative (SG&A) costing and roll up of costs for analysis, forecasting and reporting at the division level.
- Communicates to sector leadership for SG&A, and Budgets and Rates reporting.
- Utilize FAR and CAS standards to implement analysis and review of incurred costs through submission and audit of incurred cost proposals.
- Establish multiple department budgets for Forward Pricing Rate Proposal (FPRP) preparation, audit defense with DCMA/DCAA and cost monitoring reporting both internally and externally.
- Willingness and ability to travel up 5%.
- Ability to obtain a US Secret security clearance.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
- Minimum 1 year experience with both the FAR and CAS to implement analysis and review of incurred costs thru submission and audit of incurred cost proposals.
- Minimum 1 year experience with indirect rate structures including multiple overhead pools, TCI G&A, Value Added G&A, abated fringe and understanding of treatment and allocation of intermediate overhead pools.
- Minimum 1 year experience with compliance understanding to review and advise on CAS410 and CAS403 disclosure statement submission, audit and defense.
- Minimum 1 year experience with SG&A costing and roll up of costs for analysis, forecasting and reporting at the division level.
- Minimum 1 year experience with establishing multiple department budgets for FPRP preparation, audit defense with DCMA/DCAA and cost monitoring reporting both internally and externally.
- Minimum 1 year experience with 3FF process for distribution of allocated costs.
- Minimum 1 year experience with SAP ERP and Hyperion systems.

**Preferred Additional Skills:**

- Compliance understanding to review and advise on CAS410 and CAS403 disclosure statement submission, audit and defense.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of Balance Sheet and Income Statement
- Experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry.
- Self-motivated and able to proactively solve complex problems in a timely manner.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C. area, Denver, or NYC areas is $105,500 - 196,500. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, Vermont and Virginia is $91,500 - $170,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
