• Developing, managing, and maintaining new and existing account relationships while delivering on aggressive sales objectives and Design Wins.
• • Proven skills in creating and executing strategy; creative thinking; problem solving; providing thought leadership and managing relationships with key executives.
• • Capability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization.

What We're Looking For
• 3+ Years in Industry Sales Roles.

• Must have strong interpersonal and communications skills, , and the ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements.
• • Proven ability to build high level customer relationships in large accounts, enabling the relationship to be a fundamental part of the winning and growing the account.
• • Excellent Presentation skills.
• • BA/BS degree.
• • Deep understanding of optical module market.

• Fluency in English, with strong speaking and writing skills.
