We're looking for an energetic, motivated Entry Level Management Associate to help lead one of our retail partner's locations. No prior management experience required, this is an entry-level path into retail leadership, with full training provided as you learn to coach a team and drive sales.
As an Entry Level Management Associate, you'll support daily operations, This entry-level role is built for someone who wants to grow into leadership, not someone who already has it figured out.
What You'll Do As Our Entry Level Management Associate:
· Practice sales conversation skills to help boost sign-ups
· Support daily retail operations
· Help coach, motivate, and develop a team of Sales Consultants
· Assist with customer escalations and resolve concerns professionally
· Lead by example through strong customer service and sales performance
· Help build a positive, team-oriented culture focused on growth
What We're Looking For In Our Next Management Associate:
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· No leadership experience necessary, we'll train you
· Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn coaching
· Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
· Good organizational and problem-solving instincts
· Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
