## **⭐ The Position**

**Location:** Fully remote | **Schedule:** You set it, 7 days a week available

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) on a flexible, fee-for-service basis. Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and build from there.

- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting

- Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient

- Participate in regular (paid) case consultations

## **📋 Qualifications**

- Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent

- Licensed in **Florida**

- Fluent in both **English and Spanish** — able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish

- Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy

- Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred.

- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records

- Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way
