Join Our Global Team as a Social Media Manager at UpGrow
UpGrow, an innovative company with team members in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Malaysia, and the United States, is seeking a talented Social Media Manager. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our social media presence, shaping the way our brand interacts with users on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our brand visibility and digital presence.
- Manage and oversee social media content, ensuring it aligns with our brand's voice and business goals.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Engage with our audience, responding to comments and messages, fostering a community around our brand.
- Stay ahead of the curve with social media trends, tools, and best practices, applying them to our strategies.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics, and SEO.
- Creative mindset with excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
