They run their websites, funnels, CRM, and automations on GoHighLevel and are scaling their social media and paid advertising. They need a tech-savvy, AI-forward specialist to own the platform day to day so they can focus on the business.

Why does this role exist?

Our client needs a dedicated GoHighLevel Specialist to build and manage their websites, funnels, CRM, and automations. This role exists to keep the platform running accurately and to turn leads into booked appointments quickly. By using AI tools to speed up websites, graphics, and video, this person will deliver faster turnaround and more output across marketing and customer-facing work.

The Impact you’ll make

GoHighLevel Websites, Funnels Landing Pages

• Build, manage, and update websites, funnels, and landing pages

• Connect forms, calendars, and tracking so every page captures and routes leads properly

• Test pages for mobile responsiveness and performance before launch

GoHighLevel CRM, Pipelines Automations

• Operate and maintain the CRM, including campaigns, workflows, pipelines, and client data

• Set up automated follow-up so leads move through the pipeline without falling through the cracks

• Keep contact data, tags, and pipeline stages clean and current

Social Media, Content Paid Ads

• Create, schedule, and publish content on Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms

• Produce basic graphics and short-form video edits in Canva and similar tools

• Run and monitor ad campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads and track performance

Outreach, Calls Scheduling

• Write outreach emails to companies and follow-up communications

• Answer phones and handle inbound and outbound client calls

• Book and manage appointments and calendars

Research, Reporting AI-Powered Efficiency

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to produce websites, flyers, graphics, and video edits faster

• Conduct research and prepare summaries and action items

• Provide daily and weekly activity reports and attend feedback sessions

• Coordinate with the client over WhatsApp for daily updates and urgent items

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

• Hands-on GoHighLevel experience building funnels, websites, workflows, and pipelines

• Proven use of AI tools to produce websites, graphics, flyers, or video edits

• Experience running or monitoring ads in Facebook Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads

• Experience with Canva and basic video editing for social media

• Experience handling client calls, appointments, and calendars

WFH Set-Up:

• Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.

• Internet speed of at least 40MBPS

• Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam

• Back-up computer and internet connection

• Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

• 9 - 5 US Business Hours

Compensation:

• $7 per hour
