At Peregrine Advisors, you will own the integrated delivery of three production data products across Peregrine and its delivery partners for a federal agency. But we hire people, not seats. As the work evolves, you will learn new systems and tools, take on greater responsibility, and help develop the firm's capabilities, tools, and lines of business. We move our best to where the hardest problems are.
This is a remote position. The initial engagement requires United States citizenship; dual citizenship and green card holders are prohibited by the contract terms. It also requires the ability to satisfy the required suitability, security, and access requirements.
Your first project
Your first project turns a fixed schedule and a complex technical scope into clear decisions, accepted deliverables, and a stable team. You will deliver:
- One integrated plan, backlog, calendar, risk register, decision log, and definition of done.
- Delivery of all monthly milestones and formal deliverables with acceptance evidence prepared before submission.
- A disciplined agile cadence that connects daily work, biweekly demonstrations, weekly management, and monthly government reporting.
- Fast resolution of access, data, architecture, partner, staffing, and acceptance dependencies.
- Clear writing. Status reports, risks, decisions, and escalations must be concise enough to act on immediately.
- Visible performance management across all personnel, including partner resources and replacements.

Requirements
- 8+ years leading technical delivery, including at least three enterprise data, analytics, cloud, or artificial intelligence (AI) programs
- Bachelor's degree
- Working knowledge of data engineering, cloud platforms, analytics, testing, and model delivery. This is a technical delivery job, not an administrative coordinator
- Experience managing federal customers, subcontractors, deliverables, acceptance, risk, reporting, and security-dependent onboarding
- Practical agile leadership, including backlog management, sprint planning, demonstrations, retrospectives, and corrective action
- Strong written and verbal communication. You must explain technical issues to executives and turn customer comments into controlled work
- United States citizenship; dual citizenship and green card holders are prohibited by the contract terms
- The ability to satisfy the required suitability, security, and access requirements
Preferred
- Experience on a federal system accredited at Impact Level 5 (IL-5) or higher
- Azure Databricks, Microsoft Power BI, ServiceNow, or federal financial and audit data experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master, product management, or a comparable delivery credential supported by real project results
- Experience with firm fixed price delivery and acceptance-based invoicing

- Protective of the customer relationship without hiding delivery facts from Peregrine leadership.
- Persistent with access and dependency follow-up. Polite reminders alone will not move this program.

Benefits
This is a full-time W-2 position with a salary of $150,000 to $165,000 per year.
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance with the employee premium fully paid and half of dependent premiums; employer-paid life, accidental death, and short-term and long-term disability insurance; a 401(k) matched 100% up to 4% of salary, vesting immediately; unlimited paid time off; and sponsored professional certifications and continuing education.
