Framework is now hiring certified Secondary Math Tutors with Daytime availability!
Framework is seeking certified, experienced, and creative educators to provide engaging, high-quality virtual tutoring to a diverse group of high school students covering various math subjects.
Tutors will work with small groups or one-on-one, delivering instruction using provided curriculum and interactive slide decks. Sessions range from 15 minute to 60 minute sessions on a safe and secure online platform.
Position Details
- Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays, weekly from 9:00am-3:00pm PM EST
- Focus: Grade 9 - Algebra 1
- Employment Type: W-2, part-time (no guaranteed minimum hours)
- Pay: $30/hour for tutoring, $20/hour for admin/prep time
- Location: Remote - must reside and work in the U.S.
- Who: A legal U.S. resident who is certified in Secondary Math (Grades 9 and above)

Responsibilities
- Deliver live, virtual tutoring to students in 1:1 and small group settings
- Create a safe, fun, and interactive virtual classroom
- Use provided curriculum to engage students in interactive, goal-focused learning
- Adapt instruction to meet each student’s needs
- Administer provided assessments as scheduled
- Maintain professional communication with the Framework Tutor Operations Team
Requirements
- Current, valid U.S. teaching license in Secondary Math (expired licenses not accepted)
- Spanish Speaking/Bilingual a plus
- Additional SpEd or ESL Certification a plus
- Available Tuesdays and Thursdays, weekly from 9:00am-3:00pm PM EST
- Reliable computer with mic and camera, stable internet, and quiet workspace
- Ability to pass a federal background check (may include fingerprinting)
- Comfort using online teaching tools and platforms
- Prior online tutoring experience preferred
