Job Title: Part-Time Accounts Payable Associate
Compensation: $25 an hour
Key Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
·Code and enter invoices
·Ensure invoices are approved according to standard operating procedures
·Respond to internal and external queries by phone / email
·Review vendor statements monthly for outstanding invoices
·Assist the accounts payable team with other duties as assigned by the manager
Qualifications:
·3 years + years of relevant experience
·Familiar with Chart of Accounts, coding
·Strong verbal and written communication skills
·Experience with Infor M3 or comparable ERP software
·Strong interpersonal skills
·Experience in the same or similar industry preferred
·Experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, required
